Studding

Studding is used where a continuous threaded rod is needed to create suspended supports, adjustable brackets or extended mounting positions. It forms part of many support assemblies used for tray, containment, equipment and general installation hardware.

The advantage of studding lies in its adaptability, allowing height, stand-off and fixing detail to be set on site with nuts, washers and compatible accessories. Material finish and rod size influence suitability for indoor, outdoor and load-bearing applications.
